False occupancy reporting can, and will, void your reservation while having no refunds. Our locations are to be cared for and departed clean. Anything otherwise should be reported within the first 12 hours after arrival. Anything you feel unsafe should be reported immediately. Take photo documentation and send to us. House guides and conditions are to be read by all responsible parties and heads of each household, not just the signer of the contract. Read house rules/guide and sign. House contracts and boat contacts are separate. Packaged rentals may reduce rental rates. Rates vary until reservation is secured.
